Updated 5/2/2023 Andy and the team at Right Now came through again!!! We had a basement pipe burst at midnight and RightNow was prepared to come out immediately but... read more instead helped us to make a temporary fix to avoid emergency rates and save a little money. Andy then worked his usual magic fixing the pipe, replacing a non-working sump pump and adding a backup system to help avoid future flooding. Couldn’t be more pleased with the work and professionalism! Extremely happy with RightNow and it has been a pleasure working with Andy on several occasions. Super professional! Most recently, we needed a repair on our tankless water heater. Parts were slow to arrive from manufacturer and when they were finally delivered, a part was missing. Found out it was on back order with no eta. Andy got on the phone right away and worked a deal to get us a completely new unit and adjusted his schedule to get it installed next business day. Above and beyond service!!

Boom, phone rings about 30 seconds after pressing submit. Within about 10 minutes of troubleshooting on the phone the pilot lights and I’m back in business. No, they didn’t perform a phone miracle, it fixed itself. They did however put in the time, at close to midnight making sure I didn’t miss anything. Refused to charge me because they didn’t come out and do any labor. I tried to convince them, but they wouldn’t do it. Hope I don’t need them, but if I do they are definitely hired!
